Facing History and Ourselves, founded in 1976 in Boston, Massachusets, is a global non-profit organisation that works to equip schools, districts and teachers with the tools they need to shape the future by nurturing empathy, curiosity and civil responsibility in young people. They provide educational resources, training and programmes to challenge teachers and their students to stand up to racism, antisemitism and other forms of bigotry and hate.
