Author Bio:
The USC Shoah Foundation, established in 1994 as the Survivors of the Shoah History Foundation by director Steven Spielberg to videotape and preserve interviews with Holocaust survivors, records, preserves and shares survivor and witness testimonies so that all can learn from the past, reflect on the present and build a better future. Their collections archive holds over 59,000 testimonies of survivors and witnesses of the Holocaust, contemporary antisemitism, the Armenian genocide, and other mass atrocities and genocidal crimes of the 20th and 21st centuries – making it the largest such collection in the world. USC Shoah Foundation is a leading expert in testimony.
